I met John through a mutual friend who had also used John's services for another matter. Soon after we had met, I received a traffic violation and knew who to call immediately. After speaking with John, I felt assured that he was the right representation for me. I received an email from him later that day that he had already researched my case and informed me what I was up against. A Trustworthy and Knowledgeable Attorney.

I found myself in a very bad situation. I was looking at a felony drug possession and three misdemeanors for an awful night out. Before I was to appear in front of the judge I had the pleasure of meeting John. Immediately I felt so much relief to know I had someone in my corner. John was very knowledgeable on how to handle my initial appearance to move forward. Getting to know John was a pleasure. He always kept me in the loop unlike other attorneys I've had in the past. I was very shocked and pleased when John told me that meeting with the prosecutors they were going to drop all but one misdemeanor. When I appeared for my misdemeanor case John also spoke on my behalf eliminating all fines and jail time for said misdemeanors. The big case I was really worried about was the felony. This was my first time getting charged with a felony and John worked hard to get me on an intervention in lieu program. A Short Personal History

Although born and raised in Ohio, I've lived around the country.  Prior to becoming an attorney, I had a great career as a molecular biologist researching the mechanisms of gene control.  This position trained me in the art of understanding the minutia of a fact pattern, being thorough in ones work, and the importance of good, solid writing.

Although I am admitted to practice in all courts and agencies in Ohio, I practice most often in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas, Federal District Court, Lorain County Common Pleas, Medina County Common Pleas, Rocky River, Fairview Park, Bay Village, North Olmsted, North Ridgeville, Elyria, Westlake, Avon, Avon Lake, Lorain, Cleveland, Berea, Cleveland, and Lakewood.  I practice at the Appeals, Federal, State, County, and Municipal levels.  I practice in the subdivisions of General Division, Commercial, Intellectual Property, Juvenile, Domestic Relations, and Small Claims.

I was recently married to my wonderful wife, Kimberly.  We reside in the Greater Cleveland Area.
